Drecan, the most powerful and very last of the elite four, is a trainer of Dragon-type Pokemon. He seems a very relaxed and confident individual, perhaps because he has very rarely been beaten. He wears a black jacket over a white t-shirt, with plain blue jeans. But most striking, he is a Dragonite Pokemorph with the wings and antennae poking through his sandy blonde hair.
