East of the Information Center is a large, dome-shaped dark orange building. It is the home of the Velia Rangers.
The Velia Rangers patrol from Small Branch Village all the way to Shone Village. Since most of their missions happen in Rerrol Pass, they are always prepared with a hard helmet, and sometimes a shovel.
The Velia City Ranger Leader is none other than Vaner, an intense, serious 25-year-old man. Some say he looks just like his partner Pokemon, Ridge the Torkoal.
