Character Bio Form

Please use these when creating your character!

Human Characters:

Name: Your character's name and nickname
Gender: male or female
Age: How old they are.
Occupation: Trainer, breeder, coordinator, watcher, or other
Physical Description: What this character looks like; bodybuild, eye and hair color, clothes, ect.
Personality: How this person acts. The more original you are, the better.
Pokemon: What Pokemon they have, plus each Pokemon's gender and ability. If they don't have any Pokemon, just put what Pokemon they'd like to start with.
Other Information: Anything that doesn't fit under the other sections
History: The character's past. *THIS PART IS OPTIONAL

Pokemorph Characters:

Pokemorph Type: Stable or Transform
Morph Pokemon Species/Ability: What Pokemon they are morphed with along with the ability that species has. It can only be one!
Physical Description: What this character looks like; bodybuild, eye and hair color, clothes, ect.
Personality: How this person acts. The more original you are, the better.
Pokemon: What Pokemon they have, plus each Pokemon's gender and ability. If they don't have any Pokemon, just put what Pokemon they'd like to start with or leave it blank.
Other Information: Anything that doesn't fit under the other sections
History: The character's past. *THIS PART IS OPTIONAL
